US Shipping Policy
We are happy to now offer shipping to the United States starting on June 01,2026. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in approximately 7–14 business days.
Please note:
- US orders are limited to 4 scoops per order due to international shipping costs and customs regulations
- Most orders are delivered without customs fees; however, any duties or taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility
- All orders are shipped from Canada via Canada Post and trusted delivery partners.
- By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Please note that processing time may be longer during busy periods, holidays, or special promotions.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location. Estimated shipping times:
• Canada: 2–7 business days
• United States: 5–15 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delays
